The European Demolition Association, EDA, has announced its conference program for its 2018 annual convention, which will be held in Vienna from 7 to 9 June.
The organisation has also announced that members of the EDA, EDI and companies that belong to the national associations, are entitled to discounted attendance. Sponsors for this year’s convention include Liebherr, Epiroc, Caterpillar, Hydraram and VTN Europe, with Rotar, Mantovanibenne, Braun, AMS and Haunzl already being confirmed as exhibitors.
The 2018 European Demolition & Decontamination Annual convention will provide a forum for contractors, manufacturers and associations involved in these industries in Europe, to meet in order to discuss issues affecting them, as well as provide an opportunity for interaction between industry professionals. Over the course of three days, representatives will be presented with the perfect occasion for interaction, networking and the sharing of experiences.
This 2018 convention will see decontamination as a major topic of the event, which along with demolition, is the area in which members of the EDA and EDI are mostly involved. Additionally these activities are related to the subject of the ‘circular economy’, which has been a major topic for discussion by the EDA for many years.
