A market leader in demolition excavators in Japan, Kobelco will showcase its latest “Generation 10” excavators at Bauma.

Hino engines that power the “Generation 10” machines feature diesel oxidation catalyst, diesel particulate filter and selective catalyst reduction. A byword for durability, Kobelco excavators are built to withstand the harshest terrain and working conditions. To improve the performance of the boom and the arm, the models are fitted with reinforced structural sections, pin bosses and attachment point. Thanks to the Kobelco Arm Interflow System (AIS), the boom can redistribute hydraulic fluid to the shovel arm during operation, thus eliminating the need for an external pump. The upper deck has been redesigned to provide better access to the engine and service areas. The cab is FOPS II and ROPS-compliant.
