Nakayama flaunts its ultimate Dendoman at ConexpoPublished 17/5 at 12:16
Japan-based Nakayama Iron Works used Conexpo to showcase its ultimate addition to its Dendoman series of electric-driven mobile recyclers. The word "Dendo" means "electric-powered" in Japanese, hence the name of the series.
Powered by a lithium ion battery, the latest NE25JB jaw crusher emits no exhaust gas and has a very low level of noise pollution. The compact yet powerful machine has a feed opening measuring 350 by 255mm and comes equipped as standard with a hydraulic assist system allowing quick and safe removal of any materials trapped in the crushing chamber. The machine's battery can be used to power various ancillary equipment and devices including smart phones. The crusher starts up in hydraulic mode to avoid current overload and, once the engine reaches a pre-set rotation speed, the machine switches to electric mode. Thanks to the electric solution, the brand-new Dendoman is fuel efficient, low maintenance and easy to troubleshoot.
