Rubble Master becomes majority owner of MaximusPublished 16/4 at 16:27
Rubble Master’s recent strong growth is set to continue in 2018, with increasing sales and expansion. The latter has been boosted by Rubble Master becoming the majority owner of Maximus.
Founded in Northern Ireland in 2004, and currently employing 120 people, the company develops and manufactures mobile tracked screens. The Maximus product line complements the existing range of Rubble Master products and fits in with its plans for growth. Both brands will continue to exist and complement each other. The Maximus employees in Northern Ireland, the other manufacturing locations, and the Maximus sales and service network, will all remain as they are.
“We are convinced that this partnership is a great opportunity for both companies to meet the future challenges of the market,” says Gerald Hanisch, Rubble Master CEO. “In addition to the advantages for our customers, this takeover opens up synergies in many other areas such as with shared suppliers,” states Günther Weissenberger, chief financial officer of Rubble Master.
Extending the product range
The expansion also provides Rubble Master with the advantage of extending its product range. The first outcome of the cooperation between the two companies has already been announced. The new RM HS3500M compact screen was developed as a joint project between Rubble Master and Maximus. This successful cooperation in developing new products is now expected to intensify following the takeover.
