This recognises the connected tool and features an LCD user interface and IP66 enclosure. The saws feature 6600W, water cooled, permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) which were chosen for efficiency and power density. 

The handsaws are offered in 406mm and 457mm versions. Both feature flush cutting capability and guide rollers for improved control. The handsaws enable 150mm and 175mm depth of cut respectively. The 400mm ring saw allows a 300mm depth of cut and features AGP’s patented blade drive mechanism for easy tension adjustment and quick blade changes. A ring saw presents an alternative to a wall saw in many circumstances. The chainsaw allows a maximum of 470mm depth of cut. The AGP high frequency line of tools is designed to provide concrete cutting professionals with a compelling solution with unprecedented performance.

New coring motors

AGP has announced the latest addition to its rig mounted diamond coring line with the new DDC12 hybrid dry and wet coring motor. It uses the field proven 3500W universal motor. It drills dry in reinforced concrete up to Ø 350mm, enabled by its soft percussion mechanism, which also improves wet drilling performance. It maintains its wet drilling functionality while adding the important new capability of dry drilling.

The other new addition is the DM20 integrated high frequency coring motor. This water cooled unit runs on 230V and is rated at 3700W. AGP states that with 90% efficiency, it delivers the highest power output in the industry for single phase input. With an integrated converter, it’s rated for Ø 500mm wet drilling and has electronic variable speed for a wide range of diameters. It features an LCD operator interface and has special functions such as ‘Ferro-Fix’ rebar assist mode, bit threading, and LED load indicator.
