Doosan Bobcat EMEA has announced a long planned business expansion in Poland, with the appointment of Adrian Winnicki as district manager.
In this new role, Adrian will cover business development for the Bobcat brand in Poland, taking over from David Hubik, who will continue to lead business efforts in other CEE countries. Adrian provides a wide range of expertise in the construction and machinery business. With over 10 years of experience, including various positions within the Doosan Group, he is a significant addition to the Bobcat management team as the company aims to develop its business in Poland.
Adrian will be based in Wroclaw, supporting key customers and Bobcat dealers. Among his main tasks will be further development of the dealer network in Poland to cover all key business opportunities. This includes further increasing market share in areas such as Bobcat telescopic handlers and an increased focus on some specific markets, such as the highly competitive agriculture market. Adrian gained most of his experience during his career at Doosan Infracore, where he was responsible for product management and sales of articulated dump trucks. He started as a test engineer in the R&D department in Norway, before moving on to various management positions finally covering the whole of the Europe region.
