He has worked with construction machinery and hydraulic attachments throughout his career, and previously held various business management positions  with companies such as Lekatech Oy, Marakon Group, and the Sandvik breakers business unit. Initially holding design positions, he moved into sales gaining extensive experience in sales and business management over the years.

Kaj Koskela believes he is starting as sales director of Dynaset with a positive attitude and bringing with him more international experience and insights into working with machinery and equipment manufacturers. The goal is profitable sales growth with both existing customers and new OEM customers. He believes Dynaset’s product offering provides good opportunities for this as manufacturers are looking for partners whose products can increase the utilisation rate of their machines.
