McCloskey commits to IndiaPublished 4/7 at 08:11
McCloskey International has introduced new products and capabilities to the Indian market at the Confederation of Indian Industry’s exhibition Excon. The display housed four key product offerings, hospitality and information.
McCloskey has recently established a new sales office in Gurugram, India, manufacturing operations in Alwar, and has appointed a roster of dealers across the region to fulfill the demand for tracked mobile equipment in industries relating to infrastructure, aggregates, C&D, and more. The manufacturing focus in Alwar is on designing and supporting tracked mobile equipment suited for all applications. Country Manager Abhishek Nagpal oversees sales in the region, as well as working with strategic distribution partners who will bring McCloskey’s product range to the market. “McCloskey’s journey in India is starting at a very exciting time,” says Abhishek Nagpal. “The economy is on a post-Covid recovery path, and we are seeing the government announce stimulus packages and investments for the pandemic impacted sectors. We are ready to meet the increasing demand for highly reliable and efficient track mobile crushing and screening equipment with our manufacturing facility in Alwar producing screeners, crushers and stackers. We are now excited and equipped to sell to customers around the corner, and around the globe. I am very proud to be a part of McCloskey’s growth in India.”
Initial production in Rajasthan includes the S190 screener, the J45 jaw crusher, the TS4080 stacker and an addition to the compact crushing range, the C2C compact cone crusher, all of which was featured at Excon. The C2C cone crusher offers the productivity of a full size 200hp cone in a compact footprint, according to McCloskey. The MC200 cone was on display with information available on key features including fully hydraulic push button CSS adjust, variable speed, and productivity delivered through the long stroke and high speed in terms of capacity, reduction and end product shape. “As McCloskey expands its manufacturing and operations in response to rising demand in the region we look forward to growth – of the business as well as the team,” said John O’Neill, VP Sales and Marketing for McCloskey International. “We look forward to contributing in a meaningful way to the business success of our partners and customers.”
