Metso to bring a strong team to bauma 2025

Metso will present its latest innovations, technologies and offerings for the aggregates industry at the bauma 2025 international construction machinery trade fair taking
place between 7 – 13 April 2025, in Munich, Germany.

This year marks a notable milestone for Metso as the company celebrates the 40th anniversary of the ‘Lokotrack’ mobile crushers. This will be highlighted at bauma and all Metso’s events and trade shows throughout 2025, with the company celebrating this achievement with its customers, partners, and industry peers.

 

Discover the latest innovations

The Metso booth at bauma will be featuring, among other things, mobile crushers and screens, including the latest updates on the current Lokotrack and ‘Nordtrack’ track mounted crushers and screens ranges. The company will be introducing the new ‘EC’ range models alongside the ‘Build Your Own’ tool, which enables the customisation of a Lokotrack EC jaw or cone crusher. 

The Metso HRC 8 Crusher, designed to transform quarry waste streams into valuable, sellable materials such as manufactured sand, and screening solutions that uses technology ensuring optimal screening performance precise material separation, easy maintenance and maximised productivity will also be on show. Furthermore, Metso will demonstrate how it continuously develops digital solutions which keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Metso states that with its intelligent instruments and software solutions, the user gets more out of the process with less, thus enabling more profitable, efficient, and sustainable production. 

Finally on show will be Metso’s quarry solutions which are tailored crushing and screening plants, with pre-designed modules and portable plants, which are said to be ideal for one to two years of crushing operations in one location. Likewise, slurry handling features advanced slurry handling and classification solutions for aggregates including pumps, hydrocyclones, valves and hoses designed to maximise efficiency, reduce wear, and improve uptime.
